a mother's fight

Serena, Winthrop heiress, stepped aside and made her husband Jason CEO of Horizon Group. She believed she married for love, but Jason siphoned her family’s funds for his mistress Mia and their illegitimate son. Mia and the boy even stole her daughter Chloe’s robotics‑competition spot. Serena gathered evidence. She exposed Jason at the 10‑year gala, divorced him, reclaimed shares and ousted him. Driven by despair, Mia killed Jason. Serena and Chloe started a new life.
