Cracked Statue Becomes a God

A broken village god, forgotten and cracked, gets one last prayer from a dying believer, and awakens a system of faith and power. He defeats demons, gathers worshipers, and grows from a forgotten statue to a true divine protector. Sometimes gods aren't born. They're rebuilt.
