Golden Dragon Mother’s Rampage

I once gave Igon everything so he could take the throne, and he repaid me by clipping my wings, taking my child, crushing my egg, and killing me with lightning. If fate offers me another chance, I will make him suffer for every wound. I open my eyes on the very day he abandons me for my half-sister Jean and uses a false prophecy to ruin me. This time, I slip into the forbidden depths and bind myself to the ancient Golden Dragon Cedric, conceiving the most powerful heir. Igon brags when his golden dragon hatches and laughs at my black egg—but when mine cracks, a rainbow Supreme Saint Dragon is born and crushes his hatchling at once. I strip away his false golden guise and cut off his wings. And then comes the shock: the “black dragon” I brought back is actually the peak of all dragonkind. “My dear, for the bloodline, we should keep trying,” he says, drawing me into his arms with a low chuckle. This rebirth? More than worth it.
