I Died So My Sister Could Become Capo

Emma, the Mafia heiress chosen to inherit the East Side Capo title, is betrayed by her own family. To make up for their biological daughter Isabella, they drug her for a full year, brand her insane, and confine her in a rehab center. On the eve of the succession, Emma discovers the truth, leaves behind a suicide note, and jumps from the hospital roof. Only after her death does her family collapse in remorse. As a ghost, Emma feels no hatred, but she will never forgive them—and never meet them again in her next life.
