Leaving Earth And You Behind

Ace pilot Ellie took in orphans Kai and Wesley. They vowed she would choose between them in five years, but days before the deadline, they were caught in a scandal with Zoe. To save them, Ellie sacrificed her medal and accepted a three-year space mission. Instead of gratitude, they helped Zoe replace her, even assaulting her and moving Zoe into her home. Learning they had bet on her, Ellie left proof of Zoe's fraud and departed for the space agency with Eric, leaving Kai and Wesley stunned by the news.
