In the slums, tough Rex raises his sick, music-loving sister Linda and takes in foul-mouthed, disheveled vagrant Maya for a subsidy, only to discover she's the legendary rock godmother who has been missing for a decade. Tormenting and saving each other through slum life, they fall in love.
