Rise of The Night Raven

When the savage Outlaws storm Obsidian City with wild magic, the boss of House Orion demands an enforcer from all of the city's magic syndicates. Much to everyone's amusement, the infamous playboy Kato Corlis steps up to face them. Secretly a masked vigilante seeking justice for his murdered sister, Kato's true power is revealed as he destroys his enemies one by one, until the whole city learns that he is the legendary Night Raven.
