The Leone Family is an old West Coast mafia clan controlling port smuggling and underground casinos. True heir Karen was kidnapped and exiled as a child, surviving decades in South American slums and building his own underground army. Returning, he finds his parents favor their adopted son—cold to him—while the adopted son secretly colludes with rival gangs. Karen patiently schemes, using overseas forces to dismantle the adopted son's control. He exposes the kidnapping conspiracy, kills the mastermind, and reclaims the family's docks, casinos, and entire underworld empire. His regretful parents can never regain his love. With iron blood, Karen seizes back his underground throne.
