Stealing The Mafia Boss's Assassin

Dante, a Mafia Don, worships his adopted brother Lucian. A god he can't touch. So he claims Silas — an assassin with the same green eyes — as his dirty, aching substitute. But Lucian isn't an angel. He finds Silas, beaten but unbroken, and becomes the boy's dark redeemer. Silas falls hard, naive enough to plan an escape with him. They run. Dante traps them at the harbor. A bullet through Silas's knee. A gun to Lucian's hand: "Kill him." Lucian laughs. The barrel turns on Dante. "You broke my toy, brother." They finally see: they're all mad. All hungry. All made for each other.
