The Mafia Heirs' XXL Donna

Freya, a plus-size medical student, agrees to pose as mafia heir Enzo’s girlfriend so her mother can afford a transplant. But the arrangement quickly turns into something cruel when she realizes Enzo is only using her to stir jealousy in another woman. At the family estate, she comes face to face with Damon, Enzo’s feared Don brother—and the mysterious man who keeps appearing in her dreams. After one last public humiliation, Freya walks away, builds a medical breakthrough of her own, and eventually chooses Damon on her own terms.
