The drug made her have a romance with Landon, and she had their child Beth. Five years later, Abby was defeated by James again, but Beth saved her and helped her gain recognition. Abby's mother, however, asked Abby to marry Ricky in the victory banquet. When Beth and Landon arrives, Abby and others mocked them for being too lowly for Abby.
