The Rented Boyfriend's Misunderstanding

The female lead is the only daughter in her family, but in their large, traditional clan, everyone looks down on her. To them, it’s disgraceful that a 25-year-old woman is still unmarried. On top of that, she’s broke and insists on working far from home. Just when life seems bleak, she wins the lottery. Feeling bold, she decides to rent a boyfriend to bring home for the Lunar New Year. That’s when she meets the male lead, who mistakenly assumes she’s a blind date set up by his mother. Without much explanation, she drags him into her car and takes him straight back to her hometown.
