The Struggle for Reunion

A tragic accident shatters the once-happy Lin family—mother dead, father mentally broken. On her deathbed, fearing her eldest daughter, Lin Zimo, would not cope, the mother sends her younger siblings to be fostered by a wealthy family, instructing Lin Zimo to bring them to her grave for a reunion meal when she grows up. However, the foster parents, fearing trouble from the Lin family, move away with the siblings, and Lin Zimo loses all contact with them. For the next fifteen years, she searches tirelessly. Years later, when the Lu family plans to demolish her mother’s grave for a resort development, Lin Zimo returns home, only to find that the person trying to forcefully tear down her mother’s grave is her long-lost brother. Eager to reunite and fulfill her mother's last wish, Lin Zimo hopes to reconnect, but to her shock, her brother—who she hasn’t seen in fifteen years—denies knowing her.
