The Ugly Freak is a Vampire Quee

Elvira Velde is the last vampire of the Velde family. To blend in at school, she wraps herself in a black robe every day, hiding a stunning face. When the school heartthrob Alexander asks her out as a bet, he and the popular Chloe team up to humiliate her—pushing her into the pool, spreading rumors of disease, trying to tear off her hood. Everyone calls her the black-robed freak.
