They Loved Me After I Died

A tragic car accident leaves Ji Changle seriously injured, causing the loss of her unborn child. On the brink of death, she finds that her fiancé, Xiao Yi'an, remains by the side of his childhood friend, Tang Yi, and even gives her the life-saving blood she desperately needs. Tang Yi deliberately spreads the false rumor that Ji Changle's carelessness caused the accident, and that she, Tang Yi, was only injured while trying to save Ji Changle. For years, Xiao Yi'an has believed that it was Tang Yi who saved his life, and thus, he has been very protective of her, leading to frequent arguments with Ji Changle.
